Responsibilities:
- Assist Shop Manager (SM) in the day to day operations of managing the shop
- Execute transactions in accordance to procedures, policies and regulations as notified, from time to time
- Daily maintenance of the shop’s cleanliness & tidiness
- Ensure all updated POS materials are displayed promptly
- Attend to customers and provide excellent customer service
- Be responsible for the shop’s cash & stocks
- Attend meeting at minimum once a month
- Achieving sales target
- Promote Sale of Mobile phones, Accessories
- Handle Trade-ins, new/upgrade line subscriptions
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level or SPM
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Sales-driven & customer service oriented
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Work Location / Hours / Salary / Benefits
- Major shopping malls (eg. AMK Hub, Tiong Bahru, IMM), High Traffic residential area (Toa Payoh, AMK, etc)
- Rooster on 6 day week, with 1 off day per week (need to work on Sat/Sun)
- Subject to 3mths probation
- Upon confirmation, gets additional 1 day off per month
- Basic + Comm ( Gross $800 + up to 1-2.5K, estimated) , AWS
- Medical / Insurance / Annual Leave / Sick Leave, etc
