What is an appropriate gift idea to send a man who is ill?

One of my colleagues is not keeping well for a few days. Nothing serious though….but still I hope he recovers soon. The doctors have advised him to take rest for a couple of days and I will be paying a visit there. He is a jolly good person and he will be happy to see me…but I think that a nice gift…..something like a photo frame or any house decorative ones will be good. He has a flare for these kind of items. Can you suggest me some good ones.

Hi, It’s very sad to know about your acquaintance. But hope that he recovers soon. Send him some inspirational gift or inspirational quotes. If you are a poet then write a poem for him. That’s really explained how you care him and since you are thinking of a visit…then something to carry would be better. I had been recently gifted a show piece by my friend as I had bought a new home and that really caught my attention. I would advice you to get the same sort of decorative homeware as you said that he already has an interest in these things.

What about digital photo frames? Sim Lim Square sells it but I am not too sure of the price. Otherwise, you can try The Life Shop at Raffles City, their items are little more unique and you might find something special there.
