SoHo Living

I am relocating to Singapore. Which district is most like living in Soho, NYC? One with old housing, hip shops and good cafes?

I believe these places are quite nostalgic and happening:

- Tiong Bahru District 03 ( consists of several old shops, new malls, cafes and restaurants)
- Holland Village District 10 ( rows of shophouses, currently used as retail outlets, with a very good mix of cafes, pubs and restaurants)
