Art gallery in Singapore

I am looking to decorate my new apartment, are there any affordable art galleries that sells nice oil paintings or paintings..? I am not an avid art collector so famous names or artists are not needed, just need for decorative purposes..any help out there?

I am looking for one too, am wondering has anyone bought paintings from Paint Art Gallery at Bras Basah? How do u like their selection and service?
